we are using Blue Smart IP65 Charger to charge our batteries. We are using custom voltage levels and also a custom rebulk current. Everything works fine, until someone accidentally hits the mode button.
Is there a way to disable this button?

At this moment, the firmware does not support any means to prevent switching to predefined charging profile via the mode button.
It is a very good suggestion though, so I will bring up your suggestion internally.
Can you physically block access to the mode button? e.g. by putting the charger into an enclosure.

thanks for your response. We also thought about putting it into an enclosure, but did not find any suitable housing. Do you have any experience with housings?
Nevertheless I think a Firmware update would be nice, there has been an archived question in the community with the same issue ( https://communityarchive.victronenergy.com/questions/102361/blue-smart-ip65-charger-disabling-mode-switchbutto.html ).
Or if you do not want to disable the button, make it possible to switch back to the custom settings using the button.
