I am looking for a specialist who can assist me with the full configuration and commissioning of my installation in Alkmaar.
Installation status:
All hardware has already been physically installed, and the components have been interconnected where technically possible. However, the system has not yet been switched on (AC/DC side). I am looking for someone to carry out the final physical checks, configure the software and optimise the integration with the EMS and inverter.
System specifications:
• Inverter/chargers: 2x Victron MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-50 in a parallel configuration (phase-coupled).
• Battery: 32 kWh battery pack with Victron profile (CAN bus communication).
• Monitoring & Control: Victron Cerbo GX.
• Distribution: Victron Lynx Distributor.
• Metering: Victron VM-3P75CT (for the 3x25A grid connection).
• PV system: 5700 Wp on a single-phase SMA Sunny Boy 5.0 (integration via LAN/Modbus).
• EMS/Control: EcoSoft SG Hub (Smart Grid connection to the Cerbo GX via API/Modbus).
• Grid connection: 3x25A, fitted with an OVD (Distribution Changeover Device) for off-grid functionality during a grid outage.
Assistance required:
1. Hardware check: Check the connections made (parallel wiring and DC cabling).
2. Configuration: Configure the MultiPlus units (Master/Slave), set up the ESS Assistant profile and configure the battery parameters.
3. Integration: Connect the SMA inverter to the Cerbo GX and configure the API connection to the EcoSoft EMS for dynamic control.
4. Commissioning: Test the changeover to off-grid mode (via the OVD) and carry out an overall system check.
