I have 240ah lithium and 2 mppt charger for 2 different solar set ups 1 fixed 1 blanket as a back up do i need to program the system or is it pre set

Each of your chargers, MPPT, Orion and ac are all Smart units and the settings need to be set for Lithium using the VictronConnect app on your phone/tablet. They have presets for lithium which are for Victron Lithium batteries, 14.2V absorption and 13.5V float. These should suit most batteries but if you do not have Victron batteries then check your battery manual and you can adjust the presets using “expert mode”.
