How to updated firmware on easysolar all in one 1600/24 without the gx
Using smartphone. The unit has 2 rg45 connections.
Without a GX device you need a MK3 interface.

Mk3 does not connect to phone. Any other way to do the update using a phone

There is also a MK3 with USB-C available.

You can if you phone has the ability have a usb to otg adaptor. That is how i use mine with the usb mk3
The ending of 154 is the firmware number (if it is never been updated) too old for victron connect and a phone.
M_Lange’s advice is the one to use with a laptop.
the Mk3 with USB C does not work on my iPhone (I believe this is documented as not supported) however it does work via USB C on my Mac and on Android - tested and verified
