How to link remote solar charger to cerbo gx? Two way communication does not appear to be working

I have two solar controller installed. One in a cabinet 30 ft away with no access, one next to cerbo gx mk2. The one connected with ve direct works. Can’t see the other.

All need a wired connection to the GX device.
“Tow way communication” is a setting for the VRM portal.

Wire connections impossible.
