How to connect my Venus os (raspberry pi 3b+) in Bluetooth with my smartsolar mppt 100/20?

Hello,..both device are up to date

Raspberry pi 3b+ has latest Venus os executed and it is working great
It is connected to my wiki, I can connect to it and use remote console to go into the settings.

But the Venus can’t detect the smartsolar mppt 100/20. I don’t find anywhere a setting for this. Except bluetooth and continuous scanning that don’t help.

Do I have to configure something on the mppt 100/20 ? It is also working great in Bluetooth with my phone. I don’t see any setting to connect it to the Venus os…

Thanks a lot for your help !

To connect the MPPT charger to the Raspberry Pi, you need a USB cable.Bluetooth work only on phone.

This is what you need:

Thanks a lot. But I read that Bluetooth connection was possible between cerbo and my mppt. Maybe my mppt is too old ?

The Cerbo does not connect to other devices like MPPTs by Bluetooth. The Bluetooth only works for setting up the Cerbo, or other comms and some 3rd party sensors like Ruuvi temperature or Mopeka level sensors.

The Cerbo manual only lists VE Direct or VE Can connections for MPPTs.
