"Holes" in registration

Good morning!

There are ‘holes’ in the registration with a 500A Smart Shunt.. As soon as the app goes down, the registration stops. This makes the device practicaly useless for monitoring.

Things I have done:

  • Clearing stored data
  • Reset to defaults via the app
  • Reset the whole device with the PUK code

I have no clue what I have to do next to make it work. Please help because now I’m on the edge to sent it back to where it came from.

This happens every time after I reset the device: No registration while the app is offline. The app looks fine to me. My solar charger is doing fine. Different device, same app.

Found it. I did about everything 10 times. Except reinstall the app. Now things work like expected. Even retroactively.
