Hello everyone, I just setup my Cerbo GX yesterday, the VRM portal has worked great however this morning when I logged in and attempted to access the Remote Console I get the error that says
[4] Connected to VRM, awaiting device
[2] Device is not connected to VRM
This is quite strange as I was able to use it great yesterday, is there a setting that I need to update/change to get this to work?
On the dashboard of your installation, does it say “Last updated: Realtime” or some time like “Last updated: 5min ago” at the top of the page?
For remote console to work your GX needs to be connected in realtime, so it needs a connection to the internet at this moment. Most functions in VRM dont need a constant internet connection, the GX will collect the data and send it to VRM whenever it has internet, but the remote console is a service that needs a constant connection.
