GUI 2 Won't load with no internet connection

Our local cell tower, the source of our internet has been down the last 4 days. Without the internet connection, I’ve found that the GUI V2 does not load over the LAN, though GUI-V1 does.
In my opinion this is a bad flaw, as it means that GUI-v2 cannot safely be used in systems where there may be disruptions in internet service, such as in off grid, marine and RV setups.
While marine & RV would usually use the direct coupled monitor, service over LAN is a distinct benefit, as it gives you a mobile view of the data.
BTW, plugging a touch 50 screen into an already booted cerbo gives you an introduction set of screens - but the touch screen function is not plug and play -so you can’t get past the first screen without rebooting the cerbo!!
Internet is back and GUI2 still won’t load, remote console works ok.

firefox update has fixed this.
