Grid loss alarm with grid present

Hiya,

I’ve recently added some assistants to a multiplus 2 so i can ignore the grid and have ac out 2 come on with batt voltage.

Running firmware 3.55

I want a grid loss alarm even when im ignoring AC. (It’s tempermental here and i want to be able to track it).

I’m currently getting grid loss alarms while ignoring AC.

I can create a vrm alarm for phase 1. But that’s no good to me, I want it to alarm through the cerbo screen.

Is this a firmware issue? Any ideas? Thanks!

I’ve now updated to 3.62 and the issue persists.

Any clues gratefully received.

Can anyone help with this? Monitoring the shore is crucial for this location.
