Grid Hz/Volt drop - Relay go mad

Hello
For some reason my inverter a multiplus II 48/8000kva make some loud clicking sounds randomly , even when the battery level above ESS.

From what i ve seen on cloudy days it clicks more often but the annoing part is when it clicks at 2 am in the morning…

Probably u will say its normal sound when it self testing at startup, but this one does like that randomly at night time or cloudy day time .

It is normal that it checks the function of both mains relays before switching back to mains operation.

However, you need to find out why its rejecting the mains in the first place. Check the mains voltage and frequency, one of them is either too high or too low for your gridcode.

Is there a log where i can check what happened?

use the “advanced” menu and check the corresponding graphs.

it looks like grid frequency is droping or im wrong?

i got it it makes that sound when frequency drops , but my grid is brand new , there is no way the grid Hz drops that much…how can i fix this ?

Both voltage and frequency drops if victron measurments are ok but i doubt it .

At about 09.00 the system had an overload event. Possible that an event on the grid caused this.

What does the NS protection log say? You can read it through either VictronConnect or VE.Bus Configurator but you need to connect through an Mk3 adapter for both

At the overload event it did not disconnect from grid, but it did disconnect at those frequency/voltage drops which i think its an internal victron issue.

I can connect localy via dhcp.

Edit:
Cant find that log via dhcp.

After many hours of logs monitoring i found out that my grid is the problem…what i i want to do next is to add a voltage regulator/stabilizer betwen grid - inverter.

Will this reduce power injection to grid?
