Faulty Start- MPPT smart Solar no answer and no light

Hi everyone! I message you with my stupid situation. I bought a complete kit including EasySolar II GX that lacked instructions.
I did the mistake to plug on 8 panels, bringing the tension up to 330volts, and the smart solar MPPT could only take 250.
I realised the mistake quite quickly but sadly to late, and the damage were done.
Now, the EasySolar turns on but not the MPPT, which doesn’t even appear on the Victron Connect app, and no LED on the device…
I fear the worst, but maybe is there some security mode ? Or is it broken so fast out of my stupidity?
Is it fixable or does it need a new MPPT?

Thanks a lot for your time and answer

With 330V you killed the MPPT instantly.
That is NOT covered by the warranty!

You have to buy a new MPPT.

Thank you for your answer, that was my guess as well…
Do you know if there is a replacement for the one that’s included on the EasySolar or should I take a solo MPPT model that I installed next to it?
What should I do?

Inside of the EasySolar is a normal MPPT (250/70 or 250/100 depending on the EasySolar you have), you take that out and replace it with a new one.

Ok :pray:t3: thanks!

You said there were no instructions, the Victron kit comes with a link to the instructions. If not then go to the product page, scroll down to downloads and select manuals.

Also add some switch gear to your install.
A PV DC breaker would have provided a test place before going live
