External Multiplus Temperature Sensor

All the Multiplus come with external temperature sensor what is possible to connect to the device. Is the temperature value dedicated to battery temperature or is it possible to visualize the temperature in V1/V2 dashboard for other purpose like room temperature?

I have CAN bus batteries with internal temperatur sensor in use and I consider the MP2 sensor to monitor battery room temperature and air conditioner outlet in V1/V2 dashboard. Therefore the value must not aggregate with other temperature values or other MP2 in multiphase system.

Unexpectedly I found a YT video on how to use the sensors. I am going to try this instructions.

If you have a Cerbo, Venus or Ekrano gx, you can use the multiplus temp sensor on one of the analogue temp sensor inputs.

Do make sure that the gx is using the bms temp sensor for battery related functions.
It might be possible to rename the aux sensor, never really looked into that.
