Temperature sensor too big - Multiplus (sonde de température - problème de taille de la cosse)

I am using a Multiplus with a small AGM battery for UPS application.
My problem is that the temperature sensor included with the multiplus is too large for the battery (the battery terminal is M6 and the sensor is M10 !).
→ Is there a way to find a smaller sensor that is compatible with the Multi ?
→ Does anyone know why the BMV temperature sensor is not compatible cith the Multi ? (it seems to have a smaller size)

Same size and not compatible.

You could strap the sensor to the battery case, about half way up the case. No electrical connection needed.

You could make your own temperature sensor using an LM335 sensor and your own wires, much smaller.
