Since Thursday, the charging station has been displaying the message “GND not present”, although it was working correctly before.
The problem appeared after updating to firmware 2.09. I subsequently reverted to version 2.08, but the problem persists.
The charging station has also been reset to factory settings, but this did not resolve the issue.
My electrician has checked the wiring and connections of the charging station, and everything appears to be correct.
Please note that the charging station is connected in single-phase to a Belgian 3×230 V network without a neutral conductor, using a delta configuration.
Could you please confirm:
1. whether this type of connection, single-phase on a 3×230 V delta network without a neutral conductor, is officially supported by the EV Charging Station NS;
2. whether the “GND not present” message could be related to this type of electrical network.
The charging station was working correctly before the issue occurred, with exactly the same electrical connection.
