The vehicle is a Dacia Spring, the charger stops charging saying vehicle is charged, but vehicle is not charged. I cycle power and start charging again
CP button is not available anymore while in the manual is stated that we have to do it…
Any help will be valuable as customer is upset with the issue
Hello @Juanito_G .
The documentation will be updated in the near future, sorry for the confusion it caused.
Could you please share more information about the issue.
Does it still appear? If so, how often?
Were you able to perform the CP calibration in the end?
Which firmware version are you using?
Issue is still happening, firmware version is 2.05, the GX is a Multiplus 5000 48/5000 GX with firmware 3.65. Charger is in AC IN.
Not able to perform calibration. How I’m supposed to do it?, Not even one long charge… The firmware was very hard to update, couldn’t do it from Victron Connect, as long it was an old firmware I had to send it manually locally from the phone to the WiFi that raise the charger.
Key point — not phase-related: I get the exact same fault whether the station is wired 3-phase or whether I disconnect L2/L3 and run it single-phase. Meanwhile the factory charger that came with the car charges it without any problem, so the car’s OBC and the cable appear fine. Based on this my suspicion is the issue is on the EVCS side, but I’d welcome any input that confirms or challenges that.
Already ruled out
Type 2 cable healthy: PP–PE 217 Ω (correct 32 A coding), CP continuity 0.3 Ω, no CP–PE short.
Grounding fine: N–PE 0.67 V, L1–PE 245 V.
Manual CP calibration performed successfully (unlocked via Modbus reg 5133 = 0) — no change.
Limiting max current (e.g. 10 A) — no change.
Persistent after a full factory reset and re-running first setup (Country: Poland).
Is this a known issue and, if so, is a fix expected soon? The station is brand new — should I wait for a firmware fix, or return it under warranty? I’d really appreciate some help or guidance on which way to go. I’m happy to grant remote VRM access and can provide logs or a video of the symptom.
