EVCS always on "Waiting for sun"

My system is composed of:

kostal solar inverter 10kw AC connectet to AC in.
1 MultiPlus II GX 48/3000
2 MultiPlus 48/3000
Noname 12 kWh LiFePO4 battery
Energy Meter VM-3P75CT
EVCS

Everything is set up and connected, but I cannot get the charger to start in “Auto” mode under any circumstances; the message “Waiting for sun” always appears.

In this image, you can see that the charger does not start even though there are more than 5 kW of energy feeding back to the grid.

Hi, there is no PV in there, that’s why is not starting. Add a meter on the PV inverter, configure it as PV inverter, then it will start

Thank you for the reply. I will get a new meter. I was convinced that having energy return to the grid was more than enough to make it clear that we have a surplus of solar energy.

no, it needs 3 values for auto mode - battery power, pv power and grid power (if not offgrid)
