EV NS Charger no communication with VRM & Victron connect

Dear Victron Community,

Since May this year my Victron EV Charger has been working without any issues. However, about 10 hours ago it suddenly disappeared from my system:

  • In VictronConnect the charger is no longer visible.
  • In the VRM Portal it also does not appear.
  • On the Cerbo GX dashboard the EV Charger is still listed, but shows the status “Disconnected”.
  • When I plug in my car, charging does start, but no charging data or statistics are being reported.

My Cerbo GX is running on a fixed IP address and all other devices are functioning normally. No changes have been made to my network configuration.

My questions to the community:

  • What could be the cause of the EV Charger suddenly disappearing from VictronConnect and VRM, while it still physically charges the car?
  • Could this be related to firmware (I am currently running version v2.05)?
  • Cerbo GX V3.66 Normal Not LARGE

Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. I would like to understand why the EV Charger suddenly vanished from the system and how to restore full functionality.
