No communication between the Gerbo and the EV charger

This is an installation with a Gerbo and a 3-phase MultiPlus. On the webpage and VictronConnect, the EV charger shows a fault, but on the Gerbo, you can see the EV charger without issues. Where am I making the mistake?

Did you enable Modbus TCP under Settings - Services

Yes, but in the VRM portal and on the Gerbo, it is visible and functional.

Again, did you enable Modbus TCP under Settings - Services?
