Hi there,
I have a victron ess system and it is controlled by Cerbo gx, no issues working perfectly.
Last week i up graded the software /gui.
Since then i purchased a victron ev charger and for love non money, i cannot get it to see the cerbo. I think it is due to the software on the ev charger…
Any suggestions
I presume the EV charger is Victron as well, correct?
If yes, are both on the same Wi-Fi network?
can you post a picture with the configuration page on the EVCS?
Can you tell me the portal ID of your system, so I can take a look?
Lucian

I have reverted back the EV to a standalone, so I can charge the vehicle, but it would not charge due to a SOC issue…

Good, do you see the EVCS on the GX interface?
