I have installed and configured my Victron EV Charger. I’m in the US, so I’m on single phase with just L1, Neutral, and Ground connected to the charger. Here are screenshots of my LCD panel. The first photo is in manual mode, the second is in auto mode. I’m on the latest firmware for my Cerbo GX, Multiplus II’s, and EV Charger. My auto is a 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5. The charging cable is also shown below (Type 2 to NACS). When I connect to the car, the car makes some noises like it is trying to connect. The EV Charger indicates charging is occurring, but there is no current flow. After a few minutes my car informs me that charging failed.
I’ve included a few set up screenshots. The Cerbo GX’s IP address has been whitelisted. The communication check is successful.
Any thoughts on how I can get the charger to work?
I failed to mention: In the following screenshot from Remote Console. There is a switch to “Enable charging”. When I change it to “ON” after a few seconds, it turns itself “OFF”. I’m not finding any documentation regarding this.
