Hi, I’m having issues with my LynxBMS and I’ve been trying to communicate with the vendor of my system components. It’s been three months since initial email and last I’ve heard from them was a months ago when they said they need to ask Victron for advice. Since then I’ve been ghosted and I’m unable to get any response. Is there a way to go for warranty claim directly to Victron? My system is completely unusable due to the BMS switching power off every 10 minutes and giving me 11 LED flashes - a number that is for some reason missing in troubleshooting manual.
