My company has been working on 180kva Victron setup with 108kva fronius as a micro grid system. Over the past few days, we have been encountering V.E Bus error 17. We have changed the communication cables several times but the error persists. 2 inverters on phase 3 are actively showing this error code. I need help on this. We are using 15000kva quattros.

For error 17.
Something you can do in the meantime while waitinf gor the official back up, is (disconnect the units from the system) check the units are assembled correctly internally and there are no loose cables particularly the one to the comms board.
Alternatively change which unit is the phase master for that phase. Make sure your dc connections are properly torqued. And fuses and fuse connections checked
As a further thought if you are using sheilded rj45 patch cables switch to the other (plain plastic) ones.
Just to add, the alarm should indicate which unit generated the fault.
As suggested change roles, or swap units from another phase and see if the issue remains or moves.
