Ekrono and energy meters only application

I have an application issue I’m trying to solve.

I have a Ekrono, and two energy meters 3p75ct. One of the energy meters reads grid power. The other meter reads generator power.

This facility has an Automatic Transfer Switch to control the generator, and protect the facility. I do not have an inverter, solar, or anything else at this facility.

Also on the EKRONO I am using digital input #1 to show the status of the transfer switch, and plan on adding a relay output to force the facility to generator power, but that is not connected yet.

The goal of the installation is to show locally, and remotely using VRM the status of the facility.

The challenge is the EKRONO does not understand the role of the meters, and I cannot find a place to configure that. Once that is completed I need to evaluate the displays and possibly modify them to show things in a logical fashion.

Where can I change the role of the meters, that is my first challenge?

Se the role of each meter in Victron connect using the cog. One meter as grid; one as generator

Tapping the cog wheel in the top-right corner of the Status or Energy page opens the Settings page. From here, you can adjust the network settings and configure the meter.

The Settings menu (4) includes the following options:

Role: (8) Set this to Grid meter, PV inverter, Generator, AC load, EV charger, or Heat pump, depending on the appliances you want to measure.

Any way to get rid of the defaulted inverter on the local display?

No. I think the assumption is you will have a Victron inverter, since it is a Victron Remote Management platform.
