Under ‘Settings > System Setup > ESS > Dynamic ESS’,
I see the following message:
‘Dynamic ESS cannot be enabled whilst “Opportunity loads” is enabled. Disable dynamic ESS first’.
I see this after updating the firmware to: V3.80~22.
My setup:
2x Multiplus-II 48/5000/70-50 in parallel.
Cerbo.
Smart-Shunt.
Canbus BMS.
What is this and how can I switch it on or off?

That seems like something slipped in there, that should not have gone into ~21.
The toggle for DynamicEss in the VRM Sidebar should be unaffected?
Yes, that’s right, this one works just fine
