Smartshunt console says connected, everything looks great, and I can adjust all the console settings for the Smartshunt, but DVCC state of charge setting says there is no battery monitor installed. Have reset (power cycled) the Smartshunt.
What am I missing?
Have you connected the SmartShunt to the GX device with a VE Direct cable.
If you have it connected, does it appear in the Devices List. If it does not appear here then it is not connected.
If it is in the Devices List have you chosen it to be the battery monitor in Settings/System Setup/Batteries/Battery Monitor
Thank you. The system was set to multiplus voltage and changing it to the Smartshunt removed the SOC monitor option and improved the dashboard SOC readings.
