I can't see the SmartShunt from the remote console

Today I installed a SmartShunt 300A on my battery and connected it to the Multiplus II GX 5000 using the VE Direct cable. The VRM portal detects the SmartShunt (see attached image). But when I try to set the SmartShunt as a battery monitoring device in the Remote Console, I can’t find it in the list of devices. How do I add it to the Console, and how do I set the reference SOC to be that of the SmartShunt rather than the Multiplus? Thank you very much for your help.
