Hello everyone and a happy new year!
My Cerbo failed recently. It turned out to be caused by the eMMC not working correctly anymore. Write access to it resulted in an I/O error. However, it could still boot it’s OS. So I managed to move the install over to an SD card, thanks to the whealthy toolset I found on the Cerbo. But booting from SD requires a manual intervention via serial console. So while this got me going again within a day, it is not a long term solution and I ordered a replacement.
I followed the instructions on how to replace it in VRM and configured the replacement the same way that the old one was configured. But for some reason, DESS is not working. It is enabled in VRM, but local console says it’s inactive with a target SOC of 0%. VRM portal access is set to full. My VRM ID is 75518. Could someone from Victron please look into it and help me find out what’s wrong?
Edit/Update: something must be wrong on the VRM side of things. While I can see past data and all of my setup, I don’t see forecasts, plans or energy prices anymore.
Kind regards
