DESS Error on Multiplus II GX

Hi all,

I’ve setup a test system with a Multiplus II 48-3000 35 GX and a 16 kwh battery.
However I am getting a weird error when enabling DESS:

I have 6 other installation running perfectly fine with Dynamic ESS, but for some reason this one won’t work.
This is the first time I use the Multiplus GX instead of the Cerbo GX, but I thought that wouldn’t make any difference.

All filmware versions are up to date, ESS assistants are all setup and DESS settings are the same as om my large system (which is running fine).

Any suggestions? Victron staff, my installation ID is 892461.

Hi,

I can see that it was running fine until an hour ago, then the local delegate switched to “inactive”.
Seems like you changed dess to disabled localy? Can you verify?

Make sure, Mode under ESS → DynamicEss points to Auto:

Yes I switched back to ESS as I could not see any DESS schedule and the error message kept coming back.

May be an Issue with the scheduler not having a “full day of values”.

You could try turn it on, and when entering “tomorrow” it won’t care about todays (partial) data amymore.
