DESS discharge batteries at low price

Periodically, DESS discharge batteries, even though the price is very low. In the picture the batteries are charged at 6,2snt/kWh and used at 6,5 snt (Prices include spot + transmission fee + taxes). Can timed cell balancing cause this kind of behaviour? Trade mode w/o batterylife. Battery charging with timed charging (ESS).

Some hard limit setting would be necessary

  • do not unload batteries if the price is below snt/kWh
  • charge batteries from grid SoC if price below snt/kWh
  • do not charge batteries from the grid if the price is above snt/kWh

What would be the easiest way to set these limits yourself? I’m thinking about Node-red but a bit tricky to get started. I have a Raspberry pi 4…
