DC cable length between multi RS and Lynx busbar in 3 phase setup should be same length?

We are building a 3 phase ESS in our house (garage) in the Netherlands.

We use 50qmm DC cables betweem lynx and Multi RS 6000 (L1 L2 L3) units.

The longest run is 1.5m and the shortest 1.0 m should these cables all be 1.5m in order to work efficiently/OK?

We have 1 multi RS 6000 for each phase so no parallel inverter situation.

Of course the battery cables to the lynx should get exactly the same length and size.

Thanks in advance.

Yes best is to keep DC cables the same lenght so there will be no charge difference

The RS series is not that sensitive to the DC side. There is an internal LV to HV DC converter that will compensate for some differences.

See the manual for the Inverter RS (the principal is the same for the Multi RS):

For parallel systems it is not necessary that DC wiring be symmetrical between units.

Three phase is even more tolerant.

This applies within reason, of course. Keep the DC cables close to the same, but it is not as sensitive as the LF inverters.

It really matters if there will be voltage drop during load or voltage rise when charging.
Ideally you want the units (even in a three phase) to have the same voltage readings.

Both answers here are right depending on the situation, as the RS doesn’t have the torroids that the other models do, it is less critical to be deadly accurate in length.

DVCC does help to some extent.
