Communication between Cerbo GX & Felicity LiFePo battery

Dear Community,
I hope you can help me out.
I am trying to have the following components talk to each other:
-Cerbo GX MK2
-Multi RS Solar 48/6000 Hybrid Inverter
-Felicity Solar LPBA48170 Battery 48V 8.7kwh

As instructed by the batterie’s manufacturer, I generated a communication cable for the VE.can bus to connect Cerbo and battery.
The battery does not appear in the Cerbo’s device list, yet some communication must work: without having the battery connected at all besides the communication cable to the VE.can bus, Cerbo “knows” the current of the battery - yet nothing else, SoC allegedly 0%

I have tried different can bus settings for on the Cerbo (“services”), but running out of ideas now.

Anybody with a suggestion?
Thanks in advance!
Uli

There is a person for direct line of support on this thread.

You won’t be programming ess assistant on the multi rs. But the rest should be the same.
