I got a client whose Color Control GX is still registered under the previous installer’s account
The previous installer went out of business, and the client wants full control of his account
How do we reset the GX to the owner’s account?
If you enter the Cerbo serial number on the page linked at the bottom of this response, it should connect you with the original dealer who can arrange this. They may ask for proof that you have the device. If this fails you will then need to escalate to Victron. The Colour Control is end of life, this may be a good incentive to consider upgrading.
