Is it possible to make a setup with Cerbo GX, Multiplus 12/1600/70-16 and Ruuvi to only charge a lithium above 0°C

Normally the BMS of the battery should have a mechanism to prevent changing below a certain temperature.

How widespread is that feature? it is usually adjustable in the battery’s BMS via the app, for example

Normally every lithium battery should have a BMS with that feature.
You have to look into the datasheet/manual or ask the battery manufacturer about that.
