Change the Email for my Victron Profesional Account

Good morning,

I have a Victron Profesional account, but need to change the email address attached to that account. In the account details page there is a help poup that says it can’t be changed. Can’t figure out if there is someone i can email to get this changed.

The user can’t change it. It can be changed by Victron Admin.

Try the support page for now to log the request.
I will chat to someone.
