Change of DESS settings not possible after update

Since the latest update of the VRM portal I’m not able to change the DESS settings anymore. This used to work until a few weeks ago. If I want to change to Trade mode instead of Green mode, I get the following message:

Dynamic ESS can’t be turned on because the realtime communication cannot b e established. Make sure you have VRM portal mode set to Full on the GX device in order to turn off Dynamic ESS

I checked my settings of course and they show Full as portal mode.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi @Koen1 , we are working on this. Sometimes the changes come through, sometimes not. Hopefully we will deploy a fix for this today.

Yes Here the same problem. Cannot change from green to trade mode.

I have the same issues. Currently i change DESS on/off with the Venos OS large / NodeRed. This seems to work better.

Switching/configure with the portal does not work at all.
