Cannot change dess settings; message cannot turn on dess

When trying to change settings in dess i always get the message “cannot turn on dess because real time data is not enabled”. But i always have real time data enabled

Same here but DESS is still working. I haven’t seen this popup before. Ive changed price interval from 60 to 15 min and that’s working and showing in VRM.

There was an issue in the VRM Portal that made this happen; some times.

This bug is now fixed - thanks for your reports and apologies for the trouble.
