Cerbo GX MK2 to TAICO battery BMS issue

Hey. I have an issue to connect Taico 5kWh single rack unit battery BMS to Cerbo MK2.
I have reached so far that GX is getting RX packets from battery but no TX and it’s not connecting it as a device. I set battery BMS protocol to Victron and GX FW is updated to v3.54

  1. Multi RS Solar is connected to VE.can port 1 (working great)
  2. Taico Battery BMS connected to VE.can port 2 (RS485-1 CAN / canBUS BMS HV 500 kbit/s)
  • both ports ends are equipped with VE.can terminators

Can anyone have an idea what else do look at?

Search on the community and the archive, via google, you will find topics.
It is an unsupported battery.

same setup is working for other users but with older cerbo model. It seems that issues came with MK2 ve.can2 port …
I will try to find a older cerbo model - will see if that can fix the issue …
