Cerbo GX II and Multiplus 1

I’m thinking of adding a Cerbo GX II to my system:

2 x Multiplus I 24/3000/70 30A transfer switches and Phoenix Multi Control

BMV 602

As most of our kit is DC, I have a few remote switches in different locations in addition to using the Multi Control to switch on the inverter for when 240v stuff is required - eg galley/saloon, cabin and a timer for early CH switch on.

The Cerbo manual page 13 indicates that the remote system can’t be used and suggests using a system assistant.

I assume the assistant can be used through the Victron Connect app?? to switch the inverter on and off.

Which is a bit of a pfaff, so perhaps my £££ will be spent on beer instead.

And my solar controllers are 2 x Epever Tracer 4215BN, which aren’t on the Victron compatible list anyway.

Although the Cerbo remote console does allow control of the mode of the inverter, and using node red or similar to implement control via digital inputs, timers etc, it possibly won’t do much to enhance your system given there will be no communication to the PV controllers.
