Getting two Multiplus (one inverter and one charger) on CerboGX

Hello - I am designing a lithium house battery upgrade for Trilogy, my new to me 48’ Sabre Salon Express. I’ll post specifics about the project in a separate post, however I do have one question for this group upfront.
My current (lead acid) system utilizes a 12v Victron Centaur charger for the house batteries (a separate 24v one for the four engine start batteries) and a multiplus set to invert only as the inverter - no charge function. One component for the upgrade is I’m going to replace the 12v Centaur charger with a second multiplus set to charge only (there are several reasons to not use existing multiplus setup as a charger).
My question is this: I will be controlling / monitoring the system via CerboGX. The multiplus utilizes VE.bus for control, but there can only be one VE.bus device on the Cerbo. Since I will be enabling DVCC on the Cerbo, the multiplus I will use for charging the house will be the one connected to VE.bus. How can I get to the multiplus that is utilized as the inverter for monitoring and turning on/off?

You can connect it for monitoring only - not control (so dvcc charge current control etc wont work) with an mk3 to usb adaptor to the cerbo/GX
Enable has DC system. Probably use a shunt.
You could use the generator start stop function and the relay to switch the MP on and off remotely.

Thanks for the reply. The multiplus that is currently in the system (the inverter) already has a remote on/off toggle. However I was understanding that when the CerboGX is connected the remote on/off can’t be used. Perhaps this is only if the cerbo is actually controlling the inverter on/off function?

Thanks

The second multi on the mk3 is not controlled by the cerbo.

If it is being controlled by the ve bus system on the cerbo, that is different.
