Can't update firmware on EVCS

I’ve just received my EVCS (not NS), and can’t use Victron Connect, because it doesn’t show up for pairing on Bluetooth. It seems the firmware it came with (v1.23/4.2) might need to be updated for Bluetooth to be activated. I downloaded EVCS_Main_FW_OTA<V02.05_C025.evcsup (and also the C024 version), and can’t get the EVCS to accept either of them. I’m using the Web interface, as my only other option would be Vic. Connect, which I can’t connect to due to no Bluetooth! I can find the update, and the upload begins, but it never gets more that 63% before it fails, and usually it fails much earlier. I’ve tried 20 times, both C025 and C024. Help appreciated.

Edit: Have now managed to install the new firmware, using a different phone, and have enabled Bluetooth. I know this isn’t an Android forum, but does anyone know why one phone could upload the new firmware to the EVCS, and the other one kept experiencing crashes?

I have the same issue with my EVCS, altough I couldn’t even find where to download the firmware. How come noone even answered this.

Hello @catalin. The firmware for the EVCS can be found on the Victron Professional website. To simplify the process, if you have a GX device in your installation, you can connect the EVCS to the GX device and then update it via the VRM portal (in the same way as with the rest of the Victron products). If you still faced with problems I can help you with update.
