Can't send assistant settings

Trying to use assistants to set the AC2out relay for a dump load on Multiplus 24V 5000. Off grid set up. Using VE Config from laptop via Mk3 USB.

I go through all the steps, but when trying to send the new settings, I get an error message, and says to contact Victron. Assistant settings do not seem to stay in VE Config. Have tried several times, sometimes sending “modified” setting, sometimes sending “all”.

Have previously adjusted charger settings via this route with no problem.

Any advice please?

Select all assistants and click on “summary”.
Make a screenshot of that.

Some of the assistants are marked with a * that means they need to be updated.
Right click → update

What is the “grid converter support” assistant?
I don’t have that in my VE.confg.

Sounds like that is an old version of the “PV inverter support” assistant.

Maybe there is a conflict between them because they both do the same?
Delete the old one (grid converter).

Update the assistants.

Thanks. Will try updating the assistants. Don’t know what the “grid convertor support” assistant is. They were all set up by the original installer, who has now ceased trading.

Am a bit hesitant to delete anything as yet, as all the rest of the system is working as intended. Just trying to add AC2 out function.

You can save and restore the settings anytime.

A conflict between the two assistants is the best guess I have.
