I can’t remove anymore the yellow triangle on the top.
In other words the notification is stuck in “unread” state as I have permanently the red (1) circle in the GUI, see screenshot below:
The problem is not that the Mk3 FW notification is present, but it is stuck in the “unread” state.
To avoid any possible confusion, I will provide more details.
unread notification
A new notification that needs attention and it is not acknowledged/read yet. It generates a red circle with a number inside on top of the bell icon in the status bar.
AFAIK if there at least one unread notification also a yellow triangle is shown on the top.
read notification
User read and acknowledged notification. If all the notification are in read state, there is no need to show a yellow triangle or a red circle with number inside on top of the bell icon.
Before the 3.60 FW I was able to acknowledge the Mk3 FW notification and it was just stay in the notification list without bothering me too much: no yellow triangle or red circle on bell icon.
This is why I am confident I am reporting a FW bug here.
Regarding the Mk3 FW upgrade
I did my homework and checked the release note. I do not need it.
As Victron also stated in many official documents, only upgrade FW if needed. Do not touch a running system.
I would recommend to do the MK3 update and you get rid of the notification.
The chances are low but it CAN happen that the VE.Bus device restarts during the update.
(I never had that)
I have two water tanks at the cerbo. One is empty. The empty watertank alarm can‘t be acknowledged.
The alert apears randomly again. I only can silence the sound. The warning still persists.

Thanks for the fast answer.
The way in the previous firmware was okay. After silencing the alert, I could still find the alert in the list of all past problems in the notify screen.
For me it was perfect, no distraction.
Now I must check, if there is something new.
