As titled. I discovered that the second I unplug the rj45 the inverter will turn on and then I can replug the cable and alter settings or turn it off but once it has been turned off I cannot turn the inverter on without pulling the cable from one side or the other. I’ve tried juggling ports and the issue is the same. Yesterday when I finished my install I couldn’t start it either, so I started charging from my generator thinking it might be a battery charging issue and the inbound current activated the inverter and current continued after I had shut off the shore power, the multiplus was obeying the charge rules it was given for the duration. I am using an official victron rj45.
I had a professional installer update my system a few days ago, I’m not sure on the specific version.
I don’t have a great deal of experience with this type of equipment. I have my cerbo powered from the end terminals of the lynx, should I move the terminals to the second posts of the multiplus?
Edit: I forgot to plug the rj45 back in while working on something and after a few minutes I got a low battery alarm even though I was at a 60% soc with 13.2v at the battery
