When a Cerbo, or some other GX device or DMC, is connected to the VE.Bus, then the physical switch is ignored. Did you use both the Cerbo and the Mk3 at the same time? Hi Guy. I removed Pin 6/7 and the system worked. The van has already left with the client so I don’t have or a need a replacement for this unit, thanks. I’ll keep an eye on future units I receive to insure they are new enough to include the hardware fix. best John
