BMV-712 stopped connecting to VictronConnect App. Skips setting 71 for Bluetooth in setup menu

My BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor stopped showing up in the VictronConnect App a few days ago. My Victron MPPT still shows up fine.

I went into the Setup Menu to confirm that Bluetooth didn’t get switched off and my menu skips right over setting 71 (Bluetooth), but shows 70 & 72.

I found this same issue in the Victron Community Archive: BMV712 bluetooth not showing up

I did cycle power via removing the RJ connector for over 10seconds.

I bought this unit in March of 2024 on Amazon. S/N# HQ2318*****

Was this issue figured out or do I have a failed unit? If faulty how do I handle.
