Unable to connect my BMV 712 shunt. I open Victron Connect App and try to connect in the app (Iphone 15). The shunt appears and request a pair code that is shown on the SmartBMV hq2051qhf2c. I do not see any pairing code on the device. I tried using default code 000000, which did not work. Thank you for any assistance.
On the back of the display unit there will be a sticker with a PUK code.
Follow the instructions in the Victron Connect manual to reset the PIN code.
The code has letters and numbers, the dialog box does not give that option just numbers.
I brought my old iPhone to the boat after reading various posts. I was able log in without a BT pair code. The downside now is I can no longer access my DC to DC on the new phone. So obviously it is the new phone. I did use the new phone last year without an issue. I can not log on to the BT Fusion radio either. I was planing on deleting the app on the old phone and then do a reinstall of Victron connect on the new phone.
