BMS connection lost on Quattro 5000VA

We came back to the boat after 6 months with a low voltage alarm saying the BMS has shutdown. The batteries were fully charged and we turned the Quatro back on and it says low voltage though there is 13.6 DC volts going into the Quattro. Not sure what to do next thank
