I have a BlueSolar PWM light set up on my campervan. Has worked fine for the last few years but noticed that the solar input led is not lighting up suggesting it is not charging from the panels and if I look to charge the mode on the controller I get an “FF” symbol flash it. Anyone come across the FF code and know what it means and how to fix it.

Based on what I can find and what you are seeing, the issue might be a bad connection or a disconnect between the controller and the solar panel(s) or the panel(s) have failed. Have you had a chance to check the voltage coming from the panel(s)?
Hopefully, someone else with experience using this controller can offer more specific advice.

It looks like it may be the leisure battery itself that is failing to hold a charge properly and this is throwing the controller out. The battery is 4-5 years old and I know they don’t have a huge lifespan.
Will update once I have replaced the battery and then see if I can get the controller to kick back in properly and try to work out what the best “default” setting is for it.
