Gday all. I’ve been trying for the last two days to get this thing working, but it refuses to connect via bluetooth to the phone.
I’ve gone through all the trouble shooting steps to no avail.
I’ve read lots of similar issues here and tried the solutions that were visible but havent found the answer.
Anytime i try to connect it asks for the PIN, gets to 80% and asks for the PIN again, then says wrong PIN.
Ive tried the PIN on the sticker, doesnt work. Ive tried 000000, doesnt work. Ive tried to reset the PIN, but it says wrong PUK Code.
Ive tried connecting it via android directly, it says wrong pin. I’ve tried connecting it using the nRF connect app, it wont bond with the phone.

Android S24 Ultra, and ive tried it with my old S10 as well with the same problem.
Any ideas?

Sure you’re trying to connect to the part that has the label?

Yes its the only part i own
Cant say i expected this not to work with a modern up to date phone.
It been three days of trying everything and this product hasnt worked once.
I havent been able to get this to even connect to the app.
Ill likely be returning it.

This service report is empty as it only contains data from the last start of VictronConnect.
Can you create a new service log directly after trying to reset the PIN code using the PUK code and post that here?
